چکیده
The gelatin/chitosan (GEL/CTS, GC) membranes have been fabricated well by a simple in-situ method. as-prepared GC were characterized morphological surface (scanning electron microscopy, SEM), chemical (Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy, FT-IR), crystallinity (X-ray diffraction, XRD), thermal (thermal gravimetric analysis, TGA), mechanical (tensile test), hydrophilic (water contact angle), and swelling properties to elucidate the changes in their structures morphologies. structure of was found be very smooth, non-rough homogeneous. FT-IR XRD studies manifest that good interaction compatibility between GEL CTS hydrogel mixture. prepared also obtain better thermal, comparing raw molecule. These results suggest nontoxic membrane can become preferred field wound dressing or tissue-engineering applications.

Development and characterization of porous scaffolds for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine is of great importance. In recent times, silk scaffolds were developed and successfully tested in tissue engineering and drug release applications. We developed a novel composite scaffold by mechanical infusion of silk hydrogel matrix into a highly porous network silk scaffold. The mechanical b...
متن کاملFabrication and Characterization of Proton Conductive Membranes Based on Poly(methyl methacrylate-co-maleic anhydride)
In this study, proton conductive composite membranes were produced by using a poly(methylmethacrylate-co-maleic anhydride) (P(MMA-co-MAH)) copolymer and phosphotungstic Acid (PWA) as an additive of the proton conductive agent. P(MMA/MAH) 70/30, 50/50, and 30/70 were synthesized using a free radical polymerization reaction. PWA with a concentration of 2% was added to...
